Birger Jarl at her berth Tullhus 1, Skeppsbron, in the Center of Stockholm the Old Town. M/s Birger Jarl has also been named M/S Baltic Star for a while but she is now renamed to her original name again M/S Birger Jarl. M/S Birger Jarl has been rebuilt and modified during the years.

M/S Birger Jarl was built at Finnboda Shipyard in Stockholm 1953. Birger Jarl is a genuine passenger cruiseship with an interior of brass and mahogny. The ship has 6 decks cabins at 5, 3, 2, and 1 deck. Bars restaurants and taxfree is situated on the 3 upper decks.
